IVORY MOUNTAIN HOME SERVICES LTD
Damage shouldn't define beautiful surfaces.
Specialist repair and restoration that brings damaged surfaces back to life — carefully rebuilding, colour matching and blending every detail into the original.
RESTORATION, REFINED
The best repair is the one you can't see.
Some damage needs replacing. Some damage can be beautifully restored.
We specialise in the second. From rebuilding damaged timber to reconstructing chipped stone and matching colour, grain and pattern, our work is about restoring the original character — not covering it up.

THE IVORY MOUNTAIN DIFFERENCE
We don't just repair damage. We recreate the detail.
Restoration demands more than making a surface functional again.
We look at the original material as a whole — its colour, texture, grain, pattern, finish and surrounding context. The repair is then built around those details so the finished area belongs to the surface rather than sitting on top of it.

mean replacement.

THE PROCESS
Restoration is a process,
not a patch.
Assess
Understand the damage, material and surrounding surface before deciding what the repair requires.
Rebuild
Reconstruct missing or damaged material where required, working with the existing surface.
Match
Match colour, grain, texture, pattern and finish against the original material.
Blend
Integrate the restored area into the surrounding surface so the transition is natural.
Refine
Finish and inspect the repair with the goal of a result that feels original, not added.
WHY RESTORE?
Why replace what
can be restored?
Replacement is not always the most considered solution. When the original material has character worth keeping, restoration can protect it.
Preserve
Keep original materials and the character they bring to a space.
Match
Maintain the existing colour, grain, texture and visual rhythm.
Reduce disruption
Avoid unnecessary replacement of surrounding materials where a targeted repair is appropriate.
Restore character
Protect the small details that make a home feel finished and individual.
FEATURED CASE STUDY
BEFORE → PROCESS → AFTER
From damaged timber to a seamless finish.
A damaged timber area disrupted the original floor's grain and colour.
The affected section was rebuilt, colour matched and blended into the surrounding boards.
A finished surface designed to read as one continuous original floor.
A SPECIALIST APPROACH
The quality lives in the details.
We would rather show you the work than fill the page with inflated claims. Verified project results, authentic photography and clear explanations should do the selling.

What types of surfaces can you repair?
Wood, marble, stone, tiles, ceramics and worktops are examples of the materials the site is designed to present. Final availability should reflect Ivory Mountain's actual service list.
Can damaged wood be colour matched?
Where the material and damage allow, the restoration process can include colour and grain matching so the repaired area integrates with the surrounding surface.
Can chipped marble be reconstructed?
For suitable repairs, missing or damaged areas can be reconstructed and then finished to match the surrounding colour and pattern as closely as practical.
Will the repaired area be visible?
The objective is a seamless visual result, but the exact outcome depends on the material, damage, lighting, age and condition of the surrounding surface.
How do I request a quote?
