THE PROCESS

The same process,
every material.

01

Assess

Understand the damage, material and surrounding surface before deciding what the repair requires.

02

Rebuild

Reconstruct missing or damaged material where required, working with the existing surface.

03

Match

Match colour, grain, texture, pattern and finish against the original material.

04

Blend

Integrate the restored area into the surrounding surface so the transition is natural.

05

Refine

Finish and inspect the repair with the goal of a result that feels original, not added.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A SERVICE

Common
questions.

View all FAQs ↗
How do I know which service I need?

Start with the material that's damaged — wood, marble and stone, tile and ceramic, or a worktop surface. If you're unsure, send a photograph with your quote request and we'll advise.

Can more than one material be affected?

Yes — many projects involve more than one surface. Mention every affected area in your quote request and we'll assess them together.

Do you always recommend repair over replacement?

No. Where a surface is beyond a sensible repair, we'll say so rather than attempt a repair that won't hold up.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

Send us a photograph.

A clear photograph of the damage is usually enough for us to point you toward the right service.
